Mineral Powder Room
After creating several powder rooms featuring shell murals, this was our first mineral powder room. Because of the weight of the materials, a great deal of pre-planning was necessary to ensure that heavier mineral specimens would support lighter ones and the whole installation would appear seamless.
The design was driven by texture and layering, with a palette based on aquamarine and golden tones. Using various types of crystals, pyrite, zeolites, fluorite, and even ammonite fossils, the result was a space that feels organic but also opulent.
